Register for Volunteer Work in Denmark: Join the International Sport and Culture Association in 2025!

Opportunity Description:
The International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) is seeking motivated volunteers to join its team in Copenhagen for a 10-12 month placement beginning in January 2025, with additional positions available later in the year. This is a fantastic chance for those interested in living abroad, working in a multicultural environment, and gaining experience in promoting international physical activity and youth engagement. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, proactive young adults with a passion for international project work.

What ISCA Covers for Volunteers:

• Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
• Travel: Round-trip travel to and from the project.
• Accommodation: Private room in a shared apartment in central Copenhagen.
• Work Essentials: Laptop and local SIM card.
• Monthly Stipend: Allowance for personal expenses and food.
• Cultural and Recreational Allowance: Additional budget for select cultural and sports activities.
• Transportation: Bicycle provided to navigate Copenhagen’s bike-friendly streets.

Training and Development:
Volunteers will receive on-arrival and mid-term training through the Danish National Agency. Depending on current projects, there may also be opportunities to participate in international project meetings and events.

Participant Eligibility:
Applicants must be aged 18-30 and residents of an EU Programme or Partner country as specified in the Erasmus+ programme guide. Volunteers will engage in a wide range of sports and physical activity projects at both regional and international levels, alongside ISCA’s member organizations and partners.
